One-Time Consultation
A consultation is suggested for property owners or property managers with already established landscape/orchards who would like assistance with managing their trees or options for landscape enhancement, or with implementing a Plant Health Care program of maintenance and finding the most economical and ecological solutions to pest and pathogen problems.
One-Time Consultation fees are $125 per hour from portal to portal.
Tree Work
Proper pruning, training small trees for structure, preparing areas for planting new trees, preservation of mature trees and taking measures to stabilize their environment are all tree care activities essential to the safety, health and appearance of trees.
Fees For Performing Tree Work are $40 per hour.
Fees For Supervising Tree Work are $65 per hour.
Report Writing
Report writing is available as follow up for providing diagnostic, evaluations, assessments and recommendations concerning your trees. The report is an official document that communicates the consultation work done in the field.
Report Writing fees are $65 per hour.
Initial Design Consultation
A well crafted design is the key to a successful, sustainable garden, landscape or fruit orchard. We start out every new project with an initial consultation. This serves as a meeting point where we can get aquainted with you and the site, understand what your expectations are and in turn, we can help you realize
the potential of your property and then come up with an appropriate design.
The design process unfolds with a series of several meetings where I bring along with me one of my team specialists and we all listen and discuss ideas. We'll have the entire site analyzed, addressing soil, drainage, existing trees, shrubs and plants, wind and sun conditions. Plant combinations, irrigation and hardscape are discussed and decided upon. Once we have a plan, preliminary sketches are drawn up, submitted and revisions are made until a final "concept" plan is decided upon.
Initial Consultation fees are $65 per "man" hour from portal to portal.
Installation
We install the entire landscape from start to finish. Our professional team includes Certified Arborists, Irrigation Specialists and Landscape Technicians.
We charge a flat fee per laborer. Depending on the overall size and scope of the project, we usually have a crew of 3 to 4 performing various tasks on-site doing the labor, and off-site obtaining materials, researching and purchasing plants, determining costs and setting up for deliveries. For those tasks outside of our expertise, we will either subcontract or put you in direct contact with various equipment operators, electricians and carpenters as we may need to complete the job.
Although we charge by the hour, we can write up a fairly accurate estimate for the entire project. It is always our goal to try our best to stay within the estimated budget.
Installation fees are $40 per "man" hour
We also have a 12% service charge added to the cost of materials.
Progressive Maintenance
Our philosophy of care is one that provides a high level of beauty and environmental function while minimizing associated costs. We usually take on new maintenance accounts after a consultation with you and the steps needed to improve or maintain existing conditions are discussed. A program of
Plant Health Care suited to the site is prepared and implemented. We attempt to prevent problems
through improved cultural practices and continuous observation and monitoring. We give more
attention to what keeps trees and plants healthy rather than on "cures" for the sick.
The following are other maintenance services that we provide:

maintain mulch and irrigation systems
proper pruning and trimming out
nurture plants in an environmentally sound manner
recycling site materials or hauling off the property

Irrigation Design And Repair
An irrigation system that is designed to water judiciously instead of randomly is probably the single most contributing factor to long term plant health and vitality than any other apsect of landscape design.
A good irrigation specialists is also plant specialist. We custom design your irrigation system according
to the water requirements of the plants you choose to have in your landscape. For turf areas, we
recommend in ground sprinkler systems and for all other planting beds, trees and palms, we
recommend a simple drip system.
Drip systems are highly recommended because they conserve water, keep water off of foliage cutting down on fungal diseases and are easy to modify along with the needs of your garden as it changes over time.
We also repair, maintain and modify already established irrigation systems. We charge a flat rate for any design and installation work or repair.
